In occasione della mostra Homestead of Dilution, attualmente ospitata presso Nomas Foundation, il Reale Istituto Neerlandese di Roma ha invitato gli artisti Domenico Mangano e Marieke van Rooy a parlare del Dilution Project, un progetto di ricerca artistica a lungo termine che stanno conducendo sull'esperimento di Nieuw Dennendal, un contro-movimento degli anni Settanta nel mondo dell'assistenza psichiatrica, che ha avuto luogo nei Paesi Bassi grazie alla figura di Carel Muller. In questa circostanza, inoltre, sarà presentato il libro Homestead of Dilution, che si offre come una vasta antologia sul concetto di "diluizione". La pubblicazione, progettata graficamente da Bardhi Haliti e pubblicata da Onomatopee, comprende le opere degli artisti e testi di John Foot, Ilaria Gianni, Niekolaas Johannes Lekkerkerk, Marieke van Rooy, Aaron Schuster e Esther Vossen.
Il Dilution Project è sviluppato da Domenico Mangano e Marieke van Rooy in collaborazione con Kunsthuis Syb, Het Vijfde Seizoen, Istituto Buena Bista, Onomatopee e Mondrian Fund.
L'evento avrà luogo a partire dalle ore 17.00 e sarà a ingresso libero. Seguirà rinfresco.
