Lessons of History of Art | To go where we have to go, where do we have to go?
13 June 2018
Wednesday June 13, 2018 from 6.00pm to 8.00pm
Nomas Foundation, viale Somalia 33, Rome
On the occasion of the exhibition Per Andare dove dobbiamo andare per dove dobbiamo andare? (To go where we have to go, where do we have to go?), Nomas Foundation presents the lecture Lessons of History of Art, held by the professor Maria Letizia Zozi.
Two artists, Polykleitos and Alexander Calder, two works, the Doryphoros and the mobile Vertical Foliage, two different approaches to the lessons… Proceeding through comparisons between apparently distant and incongruous phenomenons, we will experience two ways of communicating the history of art with an ambition: turn observation in a creative action, generator of ideas and words.
